About This Project

KI – meaning ‘yellow’ in Japanese, is a project of 56 apartments in the form of two-beds, three-beds and penthouses with private pools. The project takes inspiration from the traditional creole vernacular with its wooden shutters, large balconies, clever planning and beautiful detailing.

The apartments and the common circulation are cleverly designed to enjoy natural light and ventilation whilst making use of solar energy and passive solar architecture for cooling.
